ProFindr Local Service Calls is intended for lawful business use. By using the service, you agree to provide accurate information, keep account access secure, and use the platform only for legitimate advertising and lead handling activity.

Advertiser review and approval

We may review, approve, reject, pause, or remove advertiser accounts, categories, creatives, and campaigns at our discretion to protect marketplace quality, user trust, legal compliance, and platform integrity.

Billing and campaign controls

Campaign settings such as budget, schedule, and service area are managed through the advertiser dashboard. Advertisers are responsible for reviewing their configuration and ensuring they can answer and handle the calls they choose to receive.

Qualified-call standards

ProFindr may apply spam filtering, review rules, or quality controls when evaluating call traffic and platform activity. We reserve the right to investigate suspicious, abusive, or invalid behavior.

Intellectual property

The ProFindr brand, platform, software, and related materials are owned by ProFindr or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or misuse the service except as allowed by law.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProFindr disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.

Changes
